But I'm also a veterinarian, and with the behaviour you're describing, there's a chance Rico is suffering from Sertoli cell cancer (it causes feminization of male dogs, and other males will respond to it as if it was a female in heat). So it might be wise for Rico's owner to have him checked over by his vet
