Beautiful composition! One minor edit suggested, though - "breath" is the noun form, "breathe" is the verb which matches "sense" and "feel" as verbs.

@FinnMacCool Feel isn't a noun though. If they were nouns it should be either "breath sense feeling" or "breath sensation feeling".

True, that occurred to me too. If that were the case, "Breath - Sense - Feeling" would be nouns. (Having "the feels" is a nouning [related to verbing?], but I've only seen it in the plural form.)
