@WestofAragon well the Robin Hood story takes place in the 1200 or so (based on King Ricard going on the Crusade in the stories) so it is very unlikely if not almost impossible for a black person to get to england much rather become a noble as he is in some stories. futhermore the level of archery skill displayed in the story, is impossibly rare outside England at that time and while some afrikans used bows, i believe spears were more commonly used. And as i said its more of a personal thing as there is little to no evidance that he was not a white englishman.
