If you feel like Tyr is underrepresented in media, you might want to look into the Wheel of Time series. The main character, Rand al'Thor (his name is supposed to resemble Arthur rather than Thor; his friend Perrin is the Thor of the ta'veren trio) is very much inspired by Tyr, or, more specifically, the protodeity Tiwaz, upon whom both Tyr and Jupiter are based. His commitment to justice and (spoiler but you've inferred it by now) loss of his hand both are similar. His three wives at the end are similar to Jupiter's.
Of course, he's also King Arthur AND Jesus, but I won't get into that. I highly recommend the series if you like accessible high fantasy with rich lore.
(Also his friend Mat is wonderful, though he starts out as kind of a whiny emo shit)
