@mithril If you can get hold of a book called "For noen troll" by Birger Sivertsen, issued in the year 2000, you will find a good list of the various trolls and other mythical creatures in Norway. It is sold out from shops, but here is a link to let you see what it looks like (http://www.bokkilden.no/SamboWeb/produkt.do?produktId=122653). The book is in Norwegian, though, hopefully no problem?
